Projects start with the design of the training objectives and content together with the client. We also take into account the students’ views on the content of the training already at the design stage. In practical terms, the design of the training can be done together, for example in a distance or local workshop led by our facilitator.

Our trainings combine expert content with modern pedagogical methods appropriate to the chosen teaching method. We have extensive experience in producing educational videos and 360° images, as well as in creating a wide range of tasks for training courses. We use facilitation methods to guide group activities in our training courses.
